Vinay Shukla, is a legal and strategic expert. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in corporate, legal, financial and secretarial advisory and assurance services. He has participated in Global Leaders’ training by Sumitomo Corporation, Japan and Cameron Consulting, USA; Strategic Management & Problem-solving Training by Educasia, USA; Advocacy Skill training by British Council, Process Management Training by CII. Vinay is former Chairman of Gurugram chapter of NIRC of ICSI and is Regional Council Member of NIRC of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) for 2019-2022. Vinay Shukla has also co-authored a Compendium on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
